Pros
Well-behaved students, no public-school paperwork and endless ARDs/meetings like in public school
Cons
Leadership is surprisingly uneducated for an education business: teachers often have better quality education and experience than administration. As a teacher, you are expected to do your work and whatever other work admin doesn't want to do. Leadership also gets upset if you make suggestions or ask for support. Lots of gossip and drama--If you have problems with a co-worker, don't expect anyone to help you because the headmaster and director are probably friends with that person and will never address the problem. They would prefer to let go of a competent teacher than discipline the one causing the problem.
