Administration/ a corporate office that’s is actively working against you to maintain control. They preach freedom and independence but as a teacher you have none. Communication that is truly the absolute worst I have ever seen. You could be told three different things throughout one day, only to get accosted when you didn’t know which one to follow. Run 100% as a business first. No thought towards education unless they believe it can produce more income/ enrollment. Salaries that are laughable. (It’s a non profit so you can check top salaries online). Mind you top paid employees haven’t taught or even stepped into a classroom in years. Being shamed for having family emergencies/ taking any time off. Nepotism runs rampant Do not work here if you do not align with the political beliefs of the higher ups.
