Not worth the mental exhaustion and work life balance - Preschool Teacher Challenger School Employee Review

The resources for help were non-existent. The work life balance was awful, you were made to feel guilty even when you were sick and needed to call out. Management at the Silverado location was toxic and passive aggressive. The base pay is not even a livable wage for what you’re put through on a day to day basis. You’re unpaid for vacations as a pre k teacher and if you’d like to work, it’s barely any hours.
