Pros
Most of the teachers and school staff that I met were there because they loved kids and loved to help kids learn. That made for a great, day-to-day work environment. Being a full-time employee and a parent can be difficult so the tuition discount can benefit a work-life balance.
Cons
I was disappointed by the constant micro-management, the way upper management would berate employees (calling them "stupid," for example), how long-time employees were either overlooked for advancement or treated as expendable and how my location was extremely political. I felt that the company was suffering because HR wasn't working to retain good employees but to weed out the ones they didn't like.
