Pay cut - Facilities Maintenance Manager Challenger School Employee Review

Since the job can be done remotely, the management decide to cut the pay. It's very absurd for the management to do that, not to mention if it's legal or not. I work the same or actually more amount of time than before. So I don't get why there's a pay cut.
