Declining morale and teaching quality - Teacher Challenger School Employee Review

Extremely low pay compared to competitors. Long hours even though work/life balance is stressed. Because of that, teachers are demotivated and not working hard, and it is affecting the quality of their teaching. Administration seem to be focused in the wrong areas, should be addressing the compensation issue and bringing in higher level people to help with the workload and should be looking to fix outdated technology.
