Maintain the quality with little pay - Teacher Challenger School Employee Review

There's so much responsibilities and work to do, but the pay you get is way below than the work you did. Not only that, you have to maintain the quality of your lessons and of course be your best all the time. I thought we would get a pay raise, but even after more than a year, we haven't had any.
