Pros
Solid curriculum. Some quality staff and faculty. Property and buildings maintained well; clean and nicely landscaped. Structured program, but inconsistent.
Cons
-Unethical treatment of staff, children, and parents who are earmarked as "incompatible" with the political philosophies of the corporate administration. -Highly unqualified directors and headmasters. -Staff gossip outright about students, families, and staff members. -Preferential treatment of Caucasian, male staff members, especially with military backgrounds. -Teachers pad grades so as to avoid problematic parent-teacher conferences and additional paperwork; management knows this and turns a blind eye. -Administration is condescending despite being poorly qualified and almost completely inexperienced in the fields of education and management. -Lies, manipulation, mind games, and power trips seem to be the name of the game.
