Cons
Complete lack of direction at the executive level since Sarah London, and then Brian LeClaire, joined. Stock has plummeted, 2022 annual reviews were bulk changed from Exceeds to Meets to avoid paying $ which directly goes against the stated policy of Pay for Performance, there are RVPs, VPs and Directors who literally have never delivered one successful project/migration. I used to be so proud to work for Centene and loved my role even though it's always been more than any one person should be asked to do. No longer. This leadership has taken all the joy, satisfaction, innovation and desire to do my best away from me. I was a documented stellar performer but once an arbitrary change to my rating, which impacted my meager annual increase, bonus and stocks, was handed down I made a conscious decision to do my 8 hours and the rest can figure itself out. I feel that's only fair based on how I, and many others, were disrespected.
