Pros
Some great people, that really care. They are unable to help though, because their concerns and ideas are ignored. If you ask too many questions or have too many ideas, they fire you.
Cons
Terrible management, no training for new employees, micro management, poor communication, no organization or coordination between departments. The entire company is so disjointed, they have many conflicting policies. It’s completely unorganized and chaotic. They are known to be poor payers, providers know they won’t get paid on time, members are always getting screwed over because of how horribly run the health plan is. Could be great, it’s a shame they can’t get it together. Instead of being proactive about problems, they just create fires then run around putting them out.
