Pros
Fellow team members are very supportive of each other. The initial starting salary is not too bad, especially compared to retail pay.
Cons
Consistent IT related issues, way too many changes in our process far too often, and our yearly merit increases are known as “bread crumbs”. Upper management could care less about the amount of stress they put on clinical.
