Pros

It was a good opportunity for advancement while the company was in high demand during COVID, but the experience was often chaotic and, at times, questionable.

Cons

There was a time when working here felt rewarding—especially when demand for the company was high. However, intense competition, a chaotic work environment, and a lack of team cohesion made it increasingly difficult. Many employees seemed to be out for themselves, and it was rare to find people who genuinely cared about the company or their colleagues. Layoffs: The handling of layoffs was particularly poor. It created unnecessary chaos for everyone—including those who remained. People were locked out of systems, buildings, and computers, most finding out they were laid off via email, while still working their shift, before any personal communication took place. What was supposed to be a three-day layoff process was crammed into an eight-hour shift, leading to confusion and disorder. Total chaos. Just one example—among many—of the chaos at the Bloomington site.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Cons

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
