Pros
Employees and mid-level management are generally nice to work with. PTO policy is good
Cons
Turnover in management here has been ridiculous over the past year. I believe this to be directly due to poor senior level management. The General Manager of the Bloomington site, Anibal Carlo, lacks an ounce of empathy. He spearheaded layoffs consisting of over 150 people and notified supervisors the day of. He didn’t even have the courtesy to show up to work on time that day or send the communication himself. This is after an announcement that there would be no more layoffs following a previous layoff incident last year. Once this happened you could tell how little respect everyone felt for Anibal. If you insist on working here don’t expect to be treated any better than a number by senior leadership. This company used to have a motto of “patient first”. This has been swiftly replaced by “shareholders first” under Alessandro’s and Anibal’s leadership.
