-Safety has a shotgun approach. They want to address everything equally, whether it's a serious engineering control deficiency or a spill on the ground.
-Management has zero clue how long lab activities take. Expect long, grueling hours.
-Your mental health will suffer. Lots of analysts I worked with developed anxiety, depression, and burnout due to the heavy toll Catalent places on you. Do you like being kept in a constant state of fight or flight to the point of adrenal fatigue? Then this is the place for you!
-Just read the other reviews here. Notice how all the 5 star reviews are vague? Catalent astroturfs the reviews here to boost their ratings.
-The pay is abysmal.
-Management lies and plays games with the employees. Do not trust a word they say. They will dangle promotions in front of you and never deliver... but the moment you get an offer elsewhere they suddenly find money and promotions that just magically appeared! You want a promotion, you need to be willing to call their bluff.
TL;DR: Working here had a serious, long-term, negative impact on my life. Proceed with extreme caution. Show them no loyalty because the will surely show you none.
