Bloomington's HR was the worst of the worst. People promoted for no reason other than being favorites, lack of response, cruelty, gossip, and it all stemmed from the top (locally.) Amazing things have happened at the site, but imagine how many more would have if the right person were employed instead of an adult version of a playground bully? To reward that behavior with MORE responsibility (and power) makes me rethink everything Catalent claims to stand for. Good luck.
I was overworked and underpaid, but many are overpaid so I think that as long as you have the right person in your corner you'll be fine. Although one would never expect to be treated that way in a professional setting.
PTO is mediocre at best.
