Pros
The company focuses on "patient first". This helps us think we are doing something good for this world, and let's us take pride. The co-workers, for the most part, are great. I think the company is on it's way up after a few months of struggling. Benefits are decent.
Cons
Pay. If you start with this company, try to get as much money as possible. Raises are typically below the cost of living increases. It is pretty demoralizing when upper management gets an annual bonus larger than my annual salary, and they can't give us more than 2-3%. They don't give the bonuses to supervisors and below (no matter how well we do). You see a lot of people move up that frankly don't deserve it (some do however). Yet, some great all around workers aren't recognized at all.
