Fake Family - Assistant Manager Carlo's Bakery Employee Review

The work environment acts welcoming at first but for some reason the employees there have this middle school/high school mentality that they are out to get you fired because they only love the people who have seniority. The level of petty is all taught from the leadership of the family who because you’re at a right to work state, are happy to just fire you for no reason because they don’t like you. The food is all frozen, nothing is made in person. It’s all an illusion.
