Growing too fast - Baker Carlo's Bakery Employee Review

Only care is speed. Be a fast baker or you'll get fired. The food sucks, you're really not a baker....everything is frozen....it is an impressive name but you'll get more experience at a grocery store bakeshop. They watch everything.....be careful what you post to social media, it will get you in trouble. The pay sucks, and no bonus, holiday pay and you get yelled at for going into overtime. The pay sucks and very slim chances of a raise. But if willing to move you can be the next GM of their new location with no experience.
