      You get to welcome and greet new customers; schedule was sometimes flexible; co-workers were always friendly and nice.

      Not enough pay for too much work; had to stay after hours to help clean the bakery with other co-workers.

      Coworkers kept the shifts entertaining

      Cons

      For how busy it was and the amount of work we had to do the pay was not worth it at all. Management was all over the place honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there unless they were just trying to gain retail and food service experience. The cake boss himself never really showed up unless it was to do some kind of promotion.
