No proper or professional communication - Bakery Assistant Carlo's Bakery Employee Review

The supervisors, management don't communicate properly. Both with each other and with employees. Staff tends to disappear off the floor frequently and not letting anyone know they're stepping off backing up productivity. The work load would be easy if there was clear direction. A lot of "you can suggest but its ultimately up to the big boss himself." Most opinions end up disregarded even if you have ways to improve efficiency. And the pay is NOT worth the labor you do.
