Pros
Great products. And yes there are still some here who truly care about the employees. Unfortunately, since the current leadership took over nearly two years ago, there are far fewer of these people than there used to be.
Cons
Many highly knowledgeable, well respected leaders, as well as mid-level employees are now working elsewhere, mostly because of the current leadership. Some were forced out. Others became fed up and left on their own. I've never worked in an environment as poor as this. Yet, no one thinks any of this will change because the only thing that matters to leadership is making their goals and counting their bonuses. Self-preservation has taken the place of teamwork.
