People were great to work with and passionate about taking care of patients and providing great images for Radiologists.
Cons
Limited career growth oppotunities and the ever present challenges of selling PACS. Our strength was our X-ray rooms and portables. The best in the industry. The problem was that we were tasked with selling PACS and failed at it year after year. When your AOP, President's Club achievement and compensation were dependant on a IT niche product (PACS), it was painfully difficult to achieve our sales goals. I left shortly after PACS division was sold off to Philips. Wish that would've happend years ago!
