Good people and technology are the key strengths

The forced ranking system was implemented several years ago in an attempt to drive people to work even harder. The HR people stated their goal was to get everyone to try and scratch and claw their way to the top. Needless to say the result has been just that....teamwork out the door, morale in the tank, and everyone trying to cover their butts.
