Decent benefits, the people are just good people in spite of the performance management pressure.
Cons
Performance management is loathed by all. There is a forced distribution known as rank and yank. 20% of all teams must be at the bottom. Which if leaders are recruiting and developing top talent, it’s becomes a ridiculous exercise in drawing a short straw to determine who’s going to get “it” this year.
