Pros

Good technologies, Nice office/campus, learning opportunities.

Cons

Performance management is the worst part, where people recognized how much they talk and how good the relationship you have with management. You can talk like, I can create a diamond from the air, and talk it loud and talk the same, though that is not possible in real and you will be recognized. Ineffective game-players can get a better rating than people who work hard and dedicated. And they might put you in coaching plan, if you are in the lower bucket, learn how to make a diamond from the air. And if your manager doesn't like you, because you don't go every day and say good morning, then you are in bad luck. People may smile at you all the time, but they will not hesitate to give bad feedback for the mistake you have not done which might be interpreted as you did it. One of my friend told one day... "here snakes are everywhere", which makes perfect sense. If you want to work in a friendly environment, where people treat each other in (not fake)compassion, this is not the place. You may get some money/benefits, but not worth the quality of time you are spending with your colleague.

Pros

Environment was good, food was decent, free food at my location (dont know if it was allowed but it was good)

Cons

The rittenhouse location is managed by a tyrant, he is an incredibly toxic man and upper management make it the most unbearable place to work. Andy will ask you to come in on days you're not scheduled, and then hold it over your head if you don't. Talks about employees behind their backs constantly. No respect enforced employees talked about each other all the time and there was even name calling in meetings, management did nothing. Worst place I've ever worked in my life frankly and affected my mental health in the worst way. Glad to be out out of there. The place itself has potential but the management at the Rittenhouse branch and above them is absolutely terrible in every regard.
