Flexible working time, Learning opportunities are there but in few projects only.. Work culture is also fine... Cafeteria is nice

More and More testing work rather than optimizing the solutions.. Design is not important as the problem comes in any part of the code, it changes every time in the fixes.. For First grade employees- if u have any new idea it wont help.. u just have to follow what your senior says..
