      - Big company with syndicates, it feels that it is difficult to get fired. Even with Covid, almost none was fired. - A lot of free education. - Good team environment, -

      Cons

      - Impossible to grew as engineer. - Salary reviews are not real after 3-4 years and you will have to threat you are leaving to get an improvement. - They do not provide French or German lessons in Spain although they say they can when making you an offer.
