      People are less so Good Exposure to work (Depend on Your Luck also) Direct Client Interaction People are helpful nature Place to Start as Fesher if money is not that important

      Work Pressure gets too much Compensation not that great Promotion are not equally distributed in each BU Quality Senior People are lacking
