Pros

The people are generally nice to work with.

Cons

Horrible pay compared to the market; No work life balance (In my years employed at Capgemini I have never heard them mention the phrase Work Life Balance.); Horrible raises If you would like to grow, do not come to Capgemini. They do employee surveys, but they do nothing about the survey feedback received.

Cons

As with most large companies, communication and understanding of the strategies and tactics are not always communicated clearly up and down the management chain.
