Pros
Investment in people's learning tracks and professional experiences, team-building and career-scaping through endless opportunities (certiciates, ...), good package but a not so great company car. Wonderful, bright and positive colleagues. Nobody's a number. There can be exciting projects at the clients' end. Great local infrastructure. No complaints there...
Cons
Company culture an be too conservative. Company car policy is a sad piece of work. Some employee benefits are not even of this century. If you want to get the young, brave and willing smart ones on board, refactor the offering. If you want to keep the go-getters, offer what the competition is offering them.
