Pros

I just got a water bottle from Capgemini in 2 years.

Cons

If i start writing all the cons,it will take whole day.I don't wanna waste my day doing the same.Here are few cons which i felt during my tenure. 1.Once you are moved to any of the project,u will be completed isolated.No one will be there from the management or your supervisor who will look up to your problems.There was not a single 1 to1 meeting held in 2 years with my supervisor.Throughout my tenure i struggled a lot in my client company but there was no one to hear from Capgemini. 2.Supervisor(from capgemini) whom i worked with in the project was one of the worst i can get.He used to send mail CCing clients even for leaving at 6. and asking to login again and complete some or the other task. 3.They have sent incorrect last working day to the client and i had to chase them for 3 months but it was corrected only last day when i had to literally beg them as clients were not ready to leave me before the mentioned date and they want the proper mail from CG 4.They have set the same day of exit formalities for Client and CG.I have to rush CG office at 3 after completing my formalities from client side.They told that u have to complete eveything by 4 pm and rejected my request to release me from the project a day prior to last day so that it will be easy for me to complete both the process.It seems that they dont want to loose single day billing as well. 4.I had to chase people like anything to get my clearance.It made me feel that they are government officials who will work on their terms.They dont bother to reply my mail or chat .on top of that they used to set their status as 'do not disturb' to not get disturbed.

I was laid off after spending several months on the bench, with "lack of available projects" cited as the reason. However, another consultant in the same role who was also without an active client engagement was retained. As a woman and racial minority, I could not ignore the disparity in how these decisions appeared to be made. Before my termination, I reported being recorded without my consent and raised concerns about conduct that I believed reflected implicit bias. I was referred to as "URM" instead of by my name or role, encouraged toward race based employee resource groups rather than meaningful career opportunities, and repeatedly advocated for fair project placement while on the bench. My employment ended shortly after I raised these concerns. Following my termination, I pursued the matter through the appropriate internal and legal channels. I provided documentation supporting my concerns and gave the company multiple opportunities to investigate and resolve the issues. Rather than meaningfully addressing the evidence or acknowledging the seriousness of the allegations, the company denied wrongdoing, offered what I viewed as a nominal severance, and declined to accept accountability. Employees deserve confidence that concerns about discrimination and retaliation will be investigated objectively and fairly. My experience left me with the opposite impression.
