Pros

1. Good infrastructure, I mean that's how it it is supposed to be in an MNC. 2. Good Work life balance. Luckily in the projects that I have been. I see my friends suffering elsewhere. 3. Good learning opportunities - again depends on manager. Luckily I have had opportunities thanks to my managers but not everyone have that freedom. 4. If looking for support, then there are shifts and you can get plenty of extra income from them,

Cons

1. Terrible increment. Even gave out exactly 0 hike. 2. Terrible work culture. 3. Higher management is pathetic. 4. Facilities decreasing day by day. 5. No transparency. 6. Manager has simply way too much authority. 2 of ex managers were great so no harm done, current one showing how my friends used to feel all this while. 7. Very few development projects. 8. Few projects have direct client interaction. I feel like my client is Capgemini Italy and not the banks I work for. 9. Legacy projects. Terribly outdated technologies. 10. Their motto is ironical to the core.

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
