1.Good focus on training employees 2.very high stability and job security in comparison to other US based MNCs and Indian MNCs..I think it is part of European work culture 3. A true MNC with 70% of employees from geographies other than India

1.Democratic decision making.. any major decision taken through a long drawn consensus building process
