      Pros

      Competitive salary, perks when working away on project such as hotel rewards/meal allowance etc. Wide range of projects to work on in my particular business area (PMO).

      Cons

      lack of balance with project life. I have only been working away from home on projects for 2/3 years and it really has become a drain.
