      Pros

      Heavily depends on the team you're in but I never had a bad experience interacting with colleagues. Seniors do seem to implement some of the feedback they get

      Cons

      The hybrid working policy is annoying, but more so since I joined when it was fully WFH. If I joined now knowing what I was getting into it'd be alright
