Pros
I met some really great people on here even though the pay is not that great it's a easy way to make some money on the side... Fairly decent supplemental income depending on how much you're trying to make.
Cons
Not enough pay. And they definitely don't care about their employees God forbid you have an emergency and you have priority hours they will lock you out for a week If you don't make your hours regardless of whether or not The circumstances are beyond your control... Like badd whether for example and not having any powerš. Like they were actual news documents showing how bad My area was affected I was without power for 3 days in this company to did not care they still canceled my hours not to mention without priority hours you can forget making any kind of decent wage on here. Even though that priority hours are much to speak of pay wise at least you're not sitting there for nothing.
