      They pay every week, Most of the teammates are awesome

      Unreasonable workload for management, Since Abra and Caliber merged it is no longer the same company, it gets worse as time goes on.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
