      Pros

      Fun and challenging work. A management team that sets reasonable expectations and is willing to invest time to build you as a teammate. Caliber has done an excellent job building a team that is talented and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Just like most large organizations, large company meetings can get a little cheesy sometimes. It's not all that bad though.

      Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
