      I’ve been with the company for over 6 years now, the company is great, but upper management not so much. Very fast paced, they expect so much from you at a low pay. The people I work with are like my second family but unfortunately there’s no space to grow

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism, they praised the bad employees and punish the good ones.

      Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
