      Paid well. Focused on Training. Room for advancement. Lots of good people.

      Cons

      Long hours. Poor communication/direction. No loyalty from upper Management-No coaching or hint they were unhappy with me-just fired after 20 years.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
