Pros

The group benefits are the 3rd best I've ever had

Cons

Extreme micro-management, a lot of false promises, write up employees out of anger, passive aggressive management, 1 week vacation for the first 3 years, absolutely no training, my introduction course put on by corporate was held after 5 months of employment where they discussed choosing your benefits packages that you have 30 days to choose once you're hired. And more.. apply to find out what else I'm missing.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Cons

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
