Pros

We are the largest Collision repair company that stands behind our Core Values. We genuinely care about the communities we serve and show it through many programs such as the Heart Walk and we currently doing a food drive. We give back to those who have served our country through our Recycled Rides and Changing Lanes programs (worth looking up). It feels very rewarding knowing we DO THE RIGHT THING in everything we do. Caliber invest in us and makes sure we have the training to be successful along with the equipment and tools to fix vehicles CORRECTLY. Our growth and success creates endless career opportunities to move up and we believe in promoting within.

Cons

Those that don't want to be motivated to excel will see our high standards and processes we have in place for operational consistency as a negative.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Cons

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
