Pros

A few good souls work there. Donuts on Friday s free water and popcorn. Repair staff is friendly. People that pick customers up from enterprise are friendly and enjoyable.

Cons

Abusive atmosphere, the only way to grow here is if you're a member of the good old boys club. As I was told by the management you cannot make any mistakes. You must be perfect in every aspect of your job. They discriminate against you. The first time you make a mistake. You are marked. They play favorites especially at the San Juan Location. They say they are a company of values but none exist. They often return repaired cars in not so perfect condition and try to hide it from the customer. They could care less about staff and only focus on the estimator's because they are the ones that keep the money rolling in. They lie and paint a pretty picture when you interview. However once hired you become just another body. They often send you to different locations that are far away to cover with less then 8 hours notice. No parking for employees. My advice run don't walk away from this company..

Pros

Good insurance, good coworkers, close

Cons

Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
