Pros
-the ability to work from home - equipment provided -decent training, but could absolutely be more in depth and last longer -OT is pretty frequently available -LOA department is wonderful and super helpful and supportive -family dynamic between training classmates/coworkers
Cons
-supervisor will either be up your butt or you will be left alone -unrealistic call metrics -calls are also graded by a machine in addition to QA team -QA team not consistent with expectations -no “personal “ minutes per diem, as offered in other branches of cvs and also other wfh companies -will completely move you to an entirely different department, give a “we need you guys “ talk then say it’s not an option , offer what they would consider efficient training (ps it’s not) , and throw you to the sharks -schedule changes are NOT common -don’t take LOA for an extended time, because your return will not be coordinated in any aspect as initially promised to you by LOA dept, you will just be expected to log back in on that day even though passwords change/systems changes/etc and ZERO contact from any supervisor prior to your return date -no time in between calls to notate/expected to summarize and notate while assisting caller with anything and everything . Grow extra ears and hands , I guess -
