Pros
No experience needed and will train you.
Cons
There is no room for growth, cvs health owns Aetna and still give their employees trash medical benefits. Everyday is a new rule. CVS just started closing the pharmacy for lunch which is great but its only so they can make sure you DONT get paid for 30 minutes so they are able to save as much money as they can. District leaders don't really care about what the employees go through or how heavy our work load maybe , they just decrease hours given and only care about numbers. CVS wants their employees to work like robots with very little at home work like balance. The pharmacist will schedule you from open to close with no regard of what you may need to accomplish outside of work. Corporate will decrease store hours and tell you to use vacation time to make up the rest. During the pandemic we struggled with staffing and would tell stores to hire as much as they can, now those same people have to drive around from store to store just to keep afloat.
