Pros
They offer a lot of resources for employees to use such as fitness programs and health coaching, and they’re a global company so in theory you should be able to move throughout the company.
Cons
I have only received one cost of living raise in the almost two years I’ve worked here. Company policy also has my pay level as not eligible to receive bonuses and management refuses to bump me the one level up so I can be eligible for bonuses, even though I’m the only team member at this lower level. I applied internally for a new position and was told that openings for the next two years in that division are only posted to change titles for current employees. I am also on call 24/7/365 in my current position which has greatly affected my life outside of work.
