      - Leadership is focused on long term goals, helping 'owners' (the farmers participating in the co-op) - I like the people I work with, the speak highly of their career opportunities and benefits - I feel recognized and appreciated in team meetings, events, and corporate-wide events - CHS leadership takes feedback seriously, considers their employees as having a valued perspective

      Cons

      - At the end of the day it's a desk job. You must be proactive in protecting your health and sanity if you are to sit inside 8 hours a day.

      Benefits and there are some great coworkers who make work fun.

      Cons

      Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
