      Pay is good, bonus structure is good. Overall benefits are good for me, but doesn’t mean they are great for every position or every employee.

      Leadership is candid and transparent and communicates well. They appreciate and invest in their employees.

      Cons

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
