Lack of local control—CHS plays the appropriate corporate or member owned card depending on the situation—whichever benefits CHS in the moment; safety program is a joke—check the box for the GM and safety leaders, real concerns are rarely addressed; restructuring has been going on for at least a year, with no end in sight—who does what? Communication is atrocious at best. Expect to be overworked due to being understaffed—a nagging problem for years.
