      great people and company, the pay is very competitive as are the other benefits.

      Cons

      lots of org change and restructuring. they don't fire people but shuffle around so it gets confusing who does what.

      Benefits and there are some great coworkers who make work fun.

      Cons

      Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
